2. Vehicle Availability, Descriptions, & Pricing

  • Inventory Accuracy: We aim to ensure that our online catalogue of gas, electric, and lithium golf carts (including 2-seater, 4-seater, and 6-seater variations) is up to date. However, stock availability is subject to physical showroom levels and can change without prior warning.
  • Pricing Fluctuation: Advertised base prices or dynamic vehicle quotes may change based on custom modification parts, premium lithium cell sourcing costs, or global import fluctuations. Final, binding rates are strictly defined inside your official written quotation document.
  • Visual Representation: Images displayed on the Website are for illustrative purposes. Custom modifications, lift kits, specific alloy mags, or local paint variants might look slightly different on your final tailored vehicle.

3. Electronic Quotations & Order Placements

  • Quotations: Requesting a quote through our online systems does not represent a binding sales agreement. A binding sales contract is formed only when a formal pro-forma invoice is signed by the client and a confirmation payment or financing sign-off is cleared.
  • Financing T&Cs: All In-House Financing options or structured monthly deals are subject to mandatory credit checks, financial risk evaluations, and explicit contract approval under the National Credit Regulator (NCR) guidelines of South Africa.

4. Payment Terms & Settlement Protocols

  • Valid Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) directly into our validated corporate bank account, or verified bank-guaranteed financing allocations.
  • Release of Goods: No golf cart, luxury accessory, or maintenance component will be cleared for loading, transport, or client handover until 100% of the funds show as cleared in our corporate accounts. We are not liable for transit delays caused by banking clearance hold-ups. [1]

5. Proper Vehicle Utility & Risk Allocation

  • Estate Compliance: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that the golf cart model purchased complies with the specific bylaws, dimensions, speed caps, and road-legal registration guidelines of their personal residential estate, golf course, or farm area.
  • Transfer of Risk: Risk of damage, theft, or vehicle degradation transfers entirely to the buyer the moment the vehicle is signed for and delivered to your designated address by our transport carriers.

6. Intellectual Property Restrictions

  • Content Protection: All structural content, imagery, bespoke logos, technical design sheets, and text layout profiles on this Website are the exclusive intellectual property of Golf Cart for Sale.
  • Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, extract, scrape, redistribute, or use any site visuals or text assets for commercial use or secondary dealership operations without explicit written permission from our executive team.

7. Limitation of Liability
